Planning
On Day one after grant of project we start the planning on both ends: Schedule
oriented & Cost Oriented. So that we can ensure to deliver the projects with minimum
possible cost escalations and within committed timelines.
Construction planning involves identifying all the required steps to build a
structure, MEP services, Finishing & Fixtures.Planning includes splitting all steps
into defined activities, ordering these steps logically, and determining the
necessary materials, manpower, and equipment.

practice to ensure quality than assuring quality.
It starts from choosing the quality material for construction work, and we ensure
this by doing periodic material test reports that we document in our quality file
for all projects separately.
Thereafter we ensure quality while executing the work by doing all possible tests as
per IS codes so that there should not be any space left for compromise in quality.
And at the last we do strength test of concrete to ensure that structure has
acquired the required strength.
We have our internal auditors who visit the site frequently and cross check each and
every activity from their checklist prepared for that specific stage of
construction. Our thriveto achieve quality doesn’t stop here. Once the work at site
is complete, we depute external quality auditors at site on our cost. Post their
deep inspection at site they give us the snag-list of the areas where they feel that
our attention is required. And we ensure to address those areas before handing over
the site to our clients.
Real Time Monitoring & Assessment of Live Projects
We have a system in place that check everyday ongoing activity on sites, the purchase cost & specification of material that is happening for projects and the expense on manpower for doing all individual activity. So that we deliver the committed specifications while staying in our target cost. It also check whether we are ahead /on time/delay from the projected time schedule. So that we can take timely action to accelerate the construction pace by deputing extra resources to complete the work within committed timelines.
Communication
Communication plays a very important role to have good and healthy relation with everyone be it out clients, our vendors or our employees. We believe in keeping two-way communication channel. So that we can communicate out part to them to time and can also hear what they are expecting from us. And whenever we discover that there is any gap, we don’t hesitate in filling that gap over a cup of coffee. So that our relation and bonding continue to grow stronger day by day.

than 2 decades.
